當你設計訓練計劃之前,首先你要知道和找出什麼是你的弱項,然後集中去改善你的弱項。

如果你的活動能力很差的話,請每天放多一點時間,去改善你的活動能力。

如果你下肢力量較弱的話,一星期可以作三至四次深蹲及腿部訓練。

如果你的背部肌肉比較差的話,一星期可以作三次背部訓練。

一個健美運動員會知道他必須知道弱項是什麼,例如他的弱項是glutes 和hamstrings ,他便會放多一點時間集中他的弱項。而不是放很多時間在他的強項之處例如胸肌。

因為太多人只是集中訓練上肢肌肉chest and biceps ,而忽略訓練下肢肌肉。

有很多人好害怕一件事情,就是旅行完畢之後,他們的身型會走樣。事實上,要視乎你自己對自己的要求是如何。當我在旅行期間,我仍然會保持適量的訓練,和控制自己的卡路里攝取量,及保持活躍。

旅行期間都要做訓練,是否有點過分呢?

視乎你的目標是什麼。如果你喜歡放肆一下,是可以的。但之後不要投訴自己為何會肥咗?

出嚟行,遲早要還!
