很多人都聽過這兩個名詞

它們對我來說都是一樣意思

我發覺有很多人都對它們都感到興趣

他們還未認真地訓練,或還未認真地嚴格控制飲食,不要問看到result 未之前

他們已經問幾時可以有得Refeed

Come on guys!

你要維持定下了的訓練計劃和飲食兩個至四個星期,視乎個別情況

見到result後

你便可以問這個問題

事實上

Refeed 是重要的

但它是你的子彈

不要胡亂開槍

等待機會才使用

什麼是Refeed呢?

它能幫助你去彌補肌肉裡所失去的糖份

能夠讓你有體力去繼續作訓練

它亦能夠讓你有休息機會,我是指心理上

尤其可以吃多一點碳水化合物和一些很少吃的甜品
