對於「減肥(Fat Loss)」的訓練計劃,請不要作太過重的重量。

假如,你的目標是4組10次數,節奏(tempo)為4010

*備註: 4010 意思是5秒為之1次

10次=50秒 肌肉負重的時間(Time Under Tension) 簡稱為TUT

但是你只能作6次數(下數)的話,意思是

1. 重量太重

2. TUT 便是30秒

那麼,你的肌肉並沒有獲得足夠的刺激。沒有足夠的刺激便不能令肌肉增長。

3. 我會建議大家去選擇具挑戰性的重量,然後去完成整個訓練計劃。去達到足夠的TUT效果。

4. 不要浪費每一組的訓練。
