Being an online client 's hard, because his coach didn't train with him and yelled at him during his training sessions. He needed to spend extra effort and discipline to train by himself. It's not the easy task.

 

Fortunately, we communicated a lot during the 12-weeks period. My job was to solve his problems related to training and dieting.

 

I believe that he gave more effort than the one-on-one client to get the result.
