There are 7 compulsory poses judged in the bodybuilding competition, they are:

• Front Lats Spread • Front Double Biceps • Side Chest • Rear Double Biceps • Rear Lats Spread • Side Triceps • Abdominal & Thighs

What's the benefits of posing? 1. Mind-muscle connection 2. Make sure you can contract each muscle group 3. Better "pump" after training session 4. This is a "Finisher" of the session 5. You also can do Posing between sets - Mirror is your friend
