One Arm Hang
I've learned this method from Ido Portal. It not only can build your grip strength, but it is also beneficial to your shoulder health. 

By the way, #Parkour is very good for the kids and adults. It's so much fun when you're jumping around. 

Some people said it's dangerous. 
Yes, it is...if you never know how to jump, how to fall, how to land...

If you're inactive, and always sitting around at the office and the sofa, it's dangerous to you. 

I'm glad I meet some good coaches at the #parkourorigins

They are very good coaches and they're the best parkour athletes.
