Holiday

On holiday, do you take a rest or go to the gym? 
Personally, I really like to train on the holiday. 

The gym doesn't have many people, and I can spend more quality time at the gym. 

I can stay focus on each rep and set. Squeezing my muscles as hard as I can. I also can do supersets, trisets or even giant sets. 

Morning is the best time to train.

 

After the training session, I can enjoy more quality time with my family on the holiday.
