A. Clean Practice


Goal: Bring the barbell closer to my body.

I can pull the barbell higher when the barbell is closer to me. 


Correction: Bend my arms too early. 


B. Sumo Deadlift - Descending Pyramid 

2 x 430lb (195kg)

4 x 390

6 x 350

8 x 330

10 x 300

12 x 275


I lifted 5lb more than the Conventional Deadlift last week.

Next week will be Deficit Deadlift
