- Feet close or together

- Tense your lats

- Squeezing your scapulae together

- From Head to Knees

- Chin-in 

- Chest up

- Show me your triceps

- Holding your fist

- Bracing your abs

- Squeezing your glutes (butts)

- Feet close or together

- Tense your lats
