前兩日,我分別問了三十位朋友及學員一個看似很基本的簡單問題,竟然只有五人答對問題。

我問:身型改造的最重要條件是什麼(從飲食角度來看)?

 

有人說:飲水

有人說:蛋白質

有人說:飲食日誌

有人說:三大營養素

 

根據我個人的經驗,及累積世界級各著名教練的學說,我認為如果你想改變身型的話,從飲食角度來看,最重要是確保卡路里「出」大於卡路里「入」,然後才是其他元素。

 I asked about 30 people a simple question - What's the first priority of element of Body Composition in term of nutrition?

 

Someone said water.

Someone said protein.

Someone said food diary.

Someone said macros.

 

Honestly, the above answers are correct.

 

However, if you want to lose fat, you need to create calories deficit = Calories out more than Calories in.

 

Very simple approach!

NO magic at all!
