Training session 1 | Common Training Techniques Correction

 

第一環節 | 訓練技術矯正

 

Every trainee will complete  a training program. Individual techniques correction will be recommended and customized subject to trainees' different skill levels.

 

Training session 2 | Advanced Hypertrophy Training methods

 

第二環節 | 高階肌肉壯大訓練(Hypertrophy) 計劃

 

I will introduce and explain what are Drop Set, Mechanicall Drop set, Muscle Rounds, Weight loading method, Extended set...

 

 

Training session 3 |  Clean & Jerk, Snatch 

 

第三環節 | 基本舉重訓練 - 抓舉及挺舉

 

I will introduce the basic techniques of power clean, clean & jerk and snatch

 

 

 

 

Training session 4 |  Basic Bodyweight training

 

第四環節 | 基本體操訓練 - 倒立及吊環

 

I will explain what is the purpose of adding gymnastic training into your training program.
