1️⃣ Constant communication is key. If you hide your thoughts away from Coach Kenneth , he won’t be able to understand your conditions and struggles. Just talk to him and learn from his advice.⁣⁣

2️⃣ Be patient and be bold. It’s impossible to make dramatic progress overnight. The first thing you should do is to recognize your weakness and spend time/efforts working on it. Once you have a strong foundation, try with a heavier weight and push yourself beyond your limits. Sometimes a lack of progress might last more than a month (or even longer), but don’t lose hope and don’t get frustrated so easily. ⁣⁣

3️⃣ Buy a jar of quality peanut butter when you get tired of eating tasteless chicken tender/ breast. Trust me, it has saved my life. Plus, it’s a fantasy source of health fat. Do make sure to read its nutrition label before you get one.⁣⁣
