#AskKenneth | 三種提示去讓你保持健康和強壯的身體? 第一 有很多人好害怕一件事情,就是旅行完畢之後,他們的身型會走樣。事實上,要視乎你自己對自己的要求是如何。當我在旅行期間,我仍然會保持適量的訓練,和控制自己的卡路里攝取量,及保持活躍。 旅行期間都要做訓練,是否有點過分呢? 視乎你的目標是什麼。如果你喜歡放肆一下,是可以的。但之後不要投訴自己為何會肥咗? 出嚟行,遲早要還! 對於我來說,如果一天不做運動或不做訓練的話。我的身體會很不自在。所以當我在旅行期間我仍然會作 Active Recovery 。 酒店訓練 我的 Stay Lean 提示,便是在旅行之前對自己苛刻一點,把自己的體脂盡量減低留,多一點空間讓自己可以吃多一點食物。所以當你旅行完畢之後,你都不回你身型太走樣。 第二 我苦口婆心地建議每一個30歲或以上的男士開始作重量訓練。因為我眼見太多男士欠缺肌肉和欠缺力量,比跟我訓練的女學員還要弱,這是我不能容忍的。 不要等到60歲才開始作重量訓練;亦不要等到自己體弱多病的時候,才作重量訓練。 如果你喜歡跑步的話,請繼續跑步,但仍然

2. Intensity Adding 2.5lb-5lb is an progression.

4月1日,我開始跟隨Kenneth教練去展開為期三個月的身型改造訓練入門。先說說我的成果,三個月內,我由150lbs 減到去134lbs ,腰圍減了三寸。
Kenneth是一位非常嚴謹的教練,佢以身作則,每天都在活出他在和你分享的一套訓練方法,包括如何去從飲食入手去改變你的身型以及為你度身定做一套訓練動作,每過一段時間就會根據你的進度表現再改良改進,進而教導你其實要改造身型不是單靠去健身就可以做到,還要配合每日的活動量、飲食、運動的頻率和量等都是成功的關鍵。這些都是Kenneth的 Online coaching 的一部分。所以每個人的coaching program都是獨一無二的。
