High Protein Diet

For example A trained trainee, his bodyweight is 80kg (176lb) with 10% body fat. He does strength training 5 times a week. His daily calories is 2600kcal, protein goal is 200g. That amount is higher than "most people" (untrained/ average people). But look! His protein is only 30% of his total calories. He still has a lot of rooms for fat and carbs.

------------------------------------- Another example A untrained man, his bodyweight is 80kg with 20% body fat. He does one workout a week. His daily calories is 1800kcal, protein goal is 140g, is about 30% of his total calories. He still needs fat and carbs from his diet. ------------------------------------- Unfortunately, majority of people (men) are having less than 100g protein a day. They become skinny fat with high body fat% and low muscle mass, because their diet habit is based on too much refined carbs intake.
