"Skin-the-cat" is a fundamental movement to develop shoulder strength at a full range of motion.

Normally, men's shoulders are very tight including me. I would like to do this exercise to stretch my shoulders before performing any upper exercises before training.

It's painful exercise if your shoulders and arms are very tight.

That's why we need to create the capacity for this exercise by hanging ourselves on the rings longer.

Step 1: Start from dead hanging position

Step 2: Rotate your body to upside down

Step 3: Feel the "stretch" on your shoulders

Step 4: Roll back to the starting position

Step 5: Repeat
