Tip 2: Open your shoulders, keep chest up

Tip 3: Slow eccentric

Tip 4: Bend your arms until biceps touching your forearms

Tip 5: Stretch your triceps

Tip 6: Fully extend your arms again with chest up.

Tip 7: Never protract your shoulders
