相信大家在抗疫期間,坐喺屋企都很悶,但又想做一些簡單的運動。或因為某些原因,大家不能去健身室做運動。⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 所以今天,特別為大家示範三個簡單的動作,可以在家中運動一下:⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

I believe that everyone staying at home is so boring during this period. Today, I am going to demonstrate THREE simple BODYWEIGHT workouts for you to exercise at home:⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣

動作一⁣⁣⁣

Split Squat 箭步⁣⁣⁣ 3-4 sets x 10 reps each ⁣ ⁣⁣⁣

動作 二⁣⁣⁣

Push-ups 掌上壓 ⁣⁣⁣ 3-4 sets x 20 reps ⁣ Any kind of style!!!⁣ ⁣⁣⁣

動作三⁣⁣⁣

1 1/4 Squat 深蹲⁣⁣⁣ 3-4 sets x 15-20 reps ⁣

If you can, please hold a dumbbell to do it! ⁣

DB Squat to Overhead Press 3-4 sets x 10 reps ⁣⁣⁣

Push-up to Row Combo 3-4 sets x 10 reps each ⁣⁣⁣

動作三⁣⁣⁣

Pistol Squat (aka Single Leg Squat) 3-4 sets x 10 reps each ⁣
