1️⃣ Constant communication is key. If you hide your thoughts away from Coach Kenneth , he won’t be able to understand your conditions and struggles. Just talk to him and learn from his advice.
2️⃣ Be patient and be bold. It’s impossible to make dramatic progress overnight. The first thing you should do is to recognize your weakness and spend time/efforts working on it. Once you have a strong foundation, try with a heavier weight and push yourself beyond your limits. Sometimes a lack of progress might last more than a month (or even longer), but don’t lose hope and don’t get frustrated so easily.
“Good things take time”, as Kenneth always says.
3️⃣ Buy a jar of quality peanut butter when you get tired of eating tasteless chicken tender/ breast. Trust me, it has saved my life. Plus, it’s a fantasy source of health fat. Do make sure to read its nutrition label before you get one.
